Monday Run

After a very lazy weekend with Keith, I actually made it into the gym again today--hooray!

Miles: 4
Pace: 10 minutes/mile

I felt pretty good during the whole run, and especially in the last 10 minutes or so. It probably helped that I was reading a magazine and covered up the time and miles so didn't keep looking at it and thinking "I still have this long to go??!"

A good nap would feel so awesome right now! :)

Only about 83 days left until the half marathon!!
