Pace: 9:40 minutes/mile
I just had to post some updates from the last week. I have been doing pretty well sticking to my training schedule lately. However, my last 3 or so runs have felt like crap. After about 10 minutes, my calves start feeling like they are on fire. I'm not sure if I'm just not stretching enough or if it's all in my head, but it feels like torture because I constantly am watching the clock tick down and I feel like it's not moving fast enough, haha. I've been in a pretty "blah" mood overall the last few days. I am in need of some sort of pick-me-up, but I'm not sure what would do the trick.
My next run should be tomorrow afternoon and I will post again then.
