Today I took my run outside for the first time in eons. It was such a beautiful morning and the perfect temp for running. I also went without headphones, which is something I pretty much NEVER do. I just wanted to see how I felt without music for a change. I desperately need to update my iPod with new music, too.
Anyhoo, it was another short 2-miler at approx. 10 min/mile if not a bit faster. I didn't exactly time myself, but I know it took 20 minutes at the most, but I feel like I was clipping along a bit faster than usual (which still isn't very fast).
